What are the Power of Attorney and Board Resolution, and how must they be signed? #
The Power of Attorney gives Ashley Deutschmann authority to act for the proposed directors for the specific NPC registration work described in that document.
The Board Resolution is the written record that the proposed directors agreed to register the Non-Profit Company and authorised the registration process.
Which templates must be used? #
Download the current templates from Step 4 of the protected application. Do not use an old copy saved from another application.
Read each document before signing. Make sure names and details match the application and identity documents.
How must the Power of Attorney be signed? #
The preferred method is one joint Power of Attorney signed by all proposed directors.
If the directors are in different places, each director may sign an identical separate copy. Every proposed director must sign. Step 7 asks whether the application uses one joint document or separate documents.
How must the Board Resolution be handled? #
Complete and sign the approved template as directed. It must truthfully record the decision and authority given for the registration.
Do not sign on behalf of another director. Do not change the authority wording without approval. Do not submit blank or partly completed signature pages.
How are the documents sent? #
Upload clear files through Step 7. Accepted formats are PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP, with a current maximum of 10 MB per file.
Do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email. If you cannot upload them, use Start My Company Support without attaching identity documents or exposing full identity numbers.
