What happens after I review and submit my NPC application? #
After submission, the portal gives you a private application reference. Keep it safe. You need it, together with the matching Christian Leaders Alliance account email, to use the protected status checker.
What is checked first? #
Christian Leaders Alliance South Africa confirms whether the applicant qualifies for the members-only service. The restricted eligibility process receives only the Soul Center name, contact person’s name and matching Christian Leaders Alliance email.
The application and documents must then be reviewed for completeness and suitability for the supported process.
Does submission mean the NPC is registered? #
No. Submission sends the application into the review process. The company exists only after CIPC registers it and issues the registration certificate.
Start My Company cannot guarantee approval or a processing time. Missing, unclear or inconsistent information may require correction. CIPC controls its own systems and decisions.
How will I know what is happening? #
Use the status checker. Do not share the reference publicly or send it to people who do not need access.
If additional information is requested, provide it only through the secure method given for the case. Do not attach identity documents to an ordinary support ticket unless a separate secure route has been provided.
What must I do after registration? #
Registration starts new responsibilities. The current portal highlights beneficial-ownership filing with CIPC and registration of the NPC’s Registered Representative or Public Officer with the South African Revenue Service. These are not included in the initial registration service.
