What does the Soul Center NPC registration service include and exclude? #
The service provides guided administrative assistance for an eligible Christian Leaders Alliance South Africa Soul Center using the supported CIPC Form CoR 15.1C structure.
It helps collect the required information and documents, review the supported application and prepare the authorised CIPC registration work.
What structure is supported? #
The present service supports the Short Standard Form for a Non-Profit Company without legal company members. It currently requires 3–12 proposed directors.
It does not support a customised Memorandum of Incorporation, a long-form structure or an NPC with legal company members.
What is not included? #
The registration service does not include ongoing:
- accounting or financial-statement preparation;
- tax advice or tax-return work;
- CIPC annual returns;
- beneficial-ownership filing;
- SARS Registered Representative work;
- Department of Social Development NPO registration;
- Public Benefit Organisation or section 18A applications;
- legal advice; or
- other post-registration compliance.
Some items may be offered as separate services. Availability, scope and price must be checked at the time. A “coming soon” service is not available for request and has no promised launch date.
What kind of guidance is provided? #
Start My Company provides administrative assistance and general information. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice through this registration service.
Official authorities make their own decisions and control their systems and processing times. Assistance does not guarantee approval.
If the supported structure does not fit, use Start My Company Support before beginning. You may need an appropriately qualified South African professional.
