Who is Start My Company, and what legal and regulatory limits apply to this guidance? #
Start My Company is the trading name of Ashley Deutschmann, a South African sole proprietor. It is not a separate company or legal entity.
The Soul Center NPC service is provided in partnership with Christian Leaders Alliance, Christian Leaders Alliance South Africa and Soul Centers.
The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), the South African Revenue Service (SARS), the Department of Social Development and the Information Regulator are independent public authorities. They are not affiliated with Start My Company or Christian Leaders Alliance.
What is this Knowledge Base for? #
It provides administrative guidance and general information. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting, financial, company-secretarial or other professional advice.
Which information takes precedence? #
Legislation, regulations, official forms, fees, filing systems, deadlines and public-authority processes can change. Current official requirements and the live application information take precedence over an older Knowledge Base article.

Is approval guaranteed? #
No. Start My Company can assist with the supported administrative process, but CIPC and other authorities make their own decisions. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.
