How do I save my application and return to it later? #

Use Save & return later inside the protected application. The portal saves the draft and emails a secure one-time return link to the Christian Leaders Alliance registration email used for the application.

What does “one-time” mean? #

The link can restore the saved draft only once. After it has been used, it cannot be used again.

If you need to stop again after returning, choose Save & return later before leaving. The portal will create a new return link.

Keep the link private #

Do not forward it or post it in a group. A person with access to the link may be able to resume the draft.

Start My Company will not ask you to send the link, password or one-time code through an ordinary support ticket.

What if the email does not arrive? #

Check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the exact Christian Leaders Alliance registration email. Confirm that the address entered in the application is correct.

Wait briefly before requesting another message. Repeated requests may be rate-limited to protect the service.

If the problem continues, use Start My Company Support. Give a non-sensitive description of the problem. Do not attach identity documents or expose a full identity number.

How long is an incomplete draft kept? #

The current privacy notice schedules incomplete drafts for deletion after 30 days of inactivity. Do not treat Save & Return as permanent storage.
